MAQHUB is an online retail store in Pakistan that offers cash on delivery. We provide accessories for men and women, electronics, household appliances and décor, kids' and babies' products, travel gear, and much more.

Are the products on MAQHUB authentic?

Yes, we guarantee the authenticity of all products available on our website. We source our items from reputable suppliers to ensure the highest quality.

How to place an Order?

If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.

  • Click on the product that you are interested in.
  • Click on add to cart button & check your shopping cart’s contents.
  • Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields.
  • At last, you will enter “Check Out” Button.

What is the return policy for MAQHUB?

MAQHUB has a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What should I do if I receive defective or incomplete products?

If you receive defective or incomplete products, it is recommended to make a video while unboxing and unwrapping the products from the delivery packaging. This video can be used as evidence for a refund. Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the package at contact.maqhub@gmail.com with the video and pictures.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.maqhub@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What items are not eligible for return?

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

How long does it take to receive a Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

What is the shipping policy of MAQHUB?

MAQHUB offers an easy shipping policy. Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days in settled areas, and up to 5-7 days in some destinations. Orders are shipped six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed by 5 p.m. will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday evening, Sunday, or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Can I modify or cancel my Order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase. For order cancellations, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

How do I track my Order? 

After your order is processed and shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or the carrier's website.

I'm not getting any replay?

We Receive hundreds queries everyday. So please wait for the replay. We try our best to replay asap to queries.

What delivery methods are available?

We only deliver cash on deliveries (COD) through courier companies such as TCS, Leopards, NOC, & etc.

Is my Personal Information safe when placing an order?

Yes, we prioritize the privacy and safety of our customers' personal information. When placing an order, we may request your name, phone number, address, and email address. Rest assured that we will keep this information private and it will not be disclosed to other parties.
